Payment Policy

- subject to prior agreement.</li></ul><h4>2. Payment Timing</h4><ul><li><strong>Advance Payment:</strong> Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.</li><li><strong>Partial Payment Option:</strong> In some cases
- we offer the option to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy
- <h4>1. Standard Cancellations</h4><ul><li><strong>Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before Rental:</strong> If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled rental time
- you will be eligible for a full refund.</li><li><strong>Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Rental:</strong> For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time
- a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.</li></ul><h4>2. No-Show Policy</h4><p>If you fail to show up at the designated time and location without prior notice
- the booking will be considered a no-show
- and no refund will be issued.</p><h4>3. Force Majeure</h4><p>In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control (e.g.
- natural disasters
- emergencies)
- Kartik Cab will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. Under such circumstances
- full refunds or rescheduling options may be offered without penalty.</p><h4>4. Vehicle Breakdown or Unavailability</h4><p>If Kartik Cab is unable to provide the booked vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns
- we will either:</p><ul><li>Provide a suitable replacement vehicle of equal or higher category
- or</li><li>Offer a full refund if no replacement is available or acceptable to the customer.</li></ul><h4>5. Refund Processing</h4><p>Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request and will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.</p>
